Description

Ter ondersteuning en compensatie van verlies van elektrolyten.

Tijdens fysieke inspanningen zoals training, wedstrijden of hoge temperaturen, reguleert het organisme van het paard zijn lichaamstemperatuur door zweet te produceren. Naast water scheidt het paard ook grote hoeveelheden elektrolyten uit, zoals natrium, kalium en chloride. Deze mineralen worden onttrokken aan lichaamsreserves. Als de verliezen niet worden gecompenseerd, kan de prestatiebereidheid van het paard afnemen.
