What are the shipping costs?

What is the delivery time?

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days (if in stock). Normally an order is delivered the day after shipment (we no longer have any influence on this and this can therefore change if the order is delayed by the supplier).

NB! Was the order placed just before the weekend? Then it will be shipped this Friday. An order in package form can then still be delivered on Saturday. Is it a pallet order? Then your order will in principle be delivered on Monday.

When will my order be in package form or in pallet form?

We ship your order on a pallet from 10 bags.

NB! When 8 small products are ordered, this can still be done in package form and your order will NOT be sent on a pallet.

Are you also open on weekends?

Yes, on Saturdays we are open from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM with our Höveler Store in Udenhout. We are closed on Sundays.

Are there any costs associated with receiving tailor-made nutritional advice for my horse? And am I obliged to take it afterwards?

No and no The tailor-made nutritional advice for your horse is completely non-binding and free of charge. We are happy to make this advice for you and your horse, not satisfied with the advice? Or not interested, no problem! Then we hope that you have found a suitable ration for your horse and if you still have questions, we will be happy to help you!

How long do I need the Hoveler Herbs feed?

A bag of Höveler Herbs contains 800 grams of herbs. These 800 grams of herbs are approximately good for a course of 3 weeks, it is intended that the Herbs bag is fed until it is empty.

Tip! Reduce your training intensity while feeding the Höveler Herbs.
